Paper Prints Policy

The Journal of Innovative Research and Technology (JIRT) primarily publishes articles in online (digital) format. However, authors and institutions may request printed copies of published papers or issues under the following conditions.

Availability of Printed Copies

JIRT does not automatically provide printed copies of articles to authors.
Printed versions may be arranged on demand for authors, libraries, or institutions who require physical copies for record, reporting, or academic use.

Print-on-Demand Service

Authors can request:
- Printed copy of a single article, or
- Printed copy of a full issue (where applicable).
All print requests are processed through a print-on-demand system and are subject to availability and technical feasibility.

Charges for Printed Copies

The cost of printed copies is not included in the Article Processing Charge (APC).
Separate printing and postage charges will apply, depending on:
- Number of copies requested
- Number of pages
- Delivery location (national or international)
Exact charges and payment details will be communicated to the requester via email.

Request Procedure

To request paper prints, the author or institution must:

Send an email to the editorial office with:
- Article title
- DOI or article ID
- Number of copies required
- Full postal address and contact details
The office will confirm:
- Total cost
- Expected dispatch date
- Payment method

Processing of the order will begin after payment confirmation.

Dispatch and Delivery

Printed copies will be dispatched through registered courier or postal services.
Delivery time may vary according to the destination country/region.
The journal is not responsible for delays caused by courier/postal services, customs, or local regulations.

No Refund Policy for Printed Copies

Once the printing process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Printing and shipping charges for paper copies are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed duplicate payment.
